So when I could not access the live chat support, I submitted a support ticket detailing the issue. After 5 hours, I got a reply from the agent that the link was updated. I was very impressed with solution of the support team. However, if you want a hosting provider that offer solid custmer support on time, then i will not recommend Storm Web Hosting. You can consider other providers in the market like interserver, or dreamhost.
